Shipping Policy

1) Local  Delivery (for retails customer)

  • -For West Malaysia, flat shipping rate at RM 7.20 per order (excluded sales item).
  • -For East Malaysia, flat shipping rate at RM 10.50 per order (excluded sales items) 
  • Please refer Zone 1 when checkout for POS Malaysia eParcel or TNT)
  • Please email us at if your country is not listed in our shipping setting.

2 ) Local & International Delivery (for Wholesales customer)

  • It will be based on the total weight of your order and we will advice the lowest rate before send out.

3 ) Cash On Delivery

4 ) Additional Information:

  • For ready stock item, order will be process in 2-3 working days after the payment has credited into our bank accounT
  • For pre order item, please refer to ETA in album and our admin will email once goods arrive. 
  • For customer who orders in pre order & ready stock in the same invoice, delivery fees will be only one time charge. Extra charges and additional delivery fees will be occurred if customer request to separately send out. 
  • We will try to do the best service to reduce the delivery timeline and provide 100% full Service to our valued customer.  If there is any delay due to  logistic congestion, parcel lost, custom clearance matters, shipment delay, waiting for restock, etc, We will keep customer informed  through email, website or announce in Facebook Page.

5 ) Parcel tracking No and Courier Company info will be updated in your account if you are our website member or will be given if you order thru facebook once your parcel has been sent out.  Customers are responsible to trace their own tracking number via our website. Please follow up with respective courier company if the courier company fails to deliver within 3 days.

6 ) We will charge for the extra postage fees if the parcel returns back to us due to the reasons such as unclaimed, wrong address, incorrect receiver name, etc.


Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a credit refund or send you another new set, or an entirely different style. Here are some points to note when you want to return the merchandise to us.

If you received your order items with any defect / wrong item received or size related issue. Kindly inform us via Return Form, "Facebook Inbox" or EMAIL to within 24 hours after you received it. You should provided the information such as Order No., Your name, Contact number, Photo of the relevant products and reason of return for further processing. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your exchange or return will be approved subject to size availability and stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, you will be given the same value credit to purchase for the item in our store.

You must send the item back to us within 7 days upon you received our reply. We will only bare the postage fees for the return items have defect or accidentally sent the wrong items to you. However, for exchange size request, Customer have to bear the postage fees.

Additional information

  1. All goods sold are not refundable.

  2. Sales item are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exception will be made.

  3. Defective items are eligible for return shipping reimbursement at Pos laju rate.

  4. Please ensure that all return items must NOT be worn, altered, or washed.

  5. The packaging should be in original condition in original shipping container as received.

  6. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. Returns received in damaged or used condition will not be processed.

  7. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

  8. If the item is unsuitable for a return / exchange upon inspection, we reserved the rights to refuse accepting the returned items with providing the exact reason for rejection.

  9. If you have purchased the wrong size, please write to us for size exchange, postage or handling fee to be born by buyer. If item of right size is not available, buyer may choose other item to replace (item with equivalent value or greater value).

  10. If you have received a wrong or defective item, please write to us for an exchange, Jenny's Collections will bear the postage fee for the exchange.  only defective item or wrong item send we allow to exchange or return, we do not accept others issue like not 100% same as pic , pls read FAQ (retails). 

  11. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive with insufficient postage may be denied, or the surcharge may be deducted from your order value.

  12. Jenny's Collections will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

  13. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, we will process your return/exchange within 3 working days upon receipt. Customer will received 1-2 working days after the confirmation.
